What is Happening at JCPenney's??

Well, rumor has it that JCPenney is reinventing itself when it comes to it's crazy sales.  I don't know if I can handle not seeing constant sale signs and wondering if their items are never NOT on sale!  Among many of their changes, items are now rounded up to the next dollar so no more $.99!!  It will be fun to watch an d see what happens!  Check out the link below for more deets:
